stays at the centre.

Optima-Tools is installed on the workstation or the internal infrastructure of the organisation. The licence is imported and checked locally; no daily connection to a licensing service is required.

AI engines can be local. If your organisation enables a remote provider or a web search, the corresponding exchanges then follow the configuration you have chosen.

Optima-Tools is your workspace interface, not an artificial intelligence model. You enter your request and find your results there. Depending on the selected function and your configuration, the application sends the task to a specialised engine for language, images, video or audio transcription.

Optima-Tools organises the work; AI engines perform it. Your request goes through Optima-Tools to the engine configured for the task. Its result returns to Optima-Tools for review and verification. What you need to know
before you start.

Clear answers about free access, licences and how the application works.

Which tools are really free?

The business chats, image creation and video creation are free, as are the personality tests in the toolbox. Hardware and AI engines remain your responsibility. Strategic analyses and the other guided paths of the toolbox, the company structure, training, approval and document search require an Enterprise licence.

Is data sent to an external server?

The application is installed in your environment and its licence is verified locally. A local AI engine can process your use cases on site. An external connection only occurs if your organisation configures a remote provider, a web search or a connected service.

Do you have to sign in every day to use OT?

No. Personal mode and licence verification are designed to work without daily commercial identification or any call to a licensing server.

Is automation already available?

No. The Document automation module is under development and will arrive soon. The website only allows you to ask to be notified at its launch.

What happens to the results when the licence expires?

New paid operations are suspended, but the data and results already produced remain viewable and exportable. The free personality analyses remain accessible.
